Yes! It's been my go-to rec for like a year now! I have read the first 2? 3? 2.5? books of Temeraire. I ran out of steam partway through the one set in China, I think. I probably would care more if I knew anything about that era of history.
Ooh that makes me happy! BTW, did you know her daughter is named Evidence? I'm wondering if they call her that or if she's one of the 1,000,000 Evies running around these days. Also, while confirming that piece of info I ran across an AMA she did:
