Ianto's always going to be there for Jack to lean on when he needs to, and he'll always do what he thinks is best for both Jack and Torchwood as a whole. Jack is the one wo always has to make the choices nno one else can, but sometimes, someone else needs to take charge and make the choices Jack can't.
