Goodness but this is lovely. :) There needs to be more fic like this, stories that could so easily fold seamlessly into canon. I hadn't pondered how Lee's broadcast came to be, but of course this scenario is as likely as any, quite probable in fact. I love how idealistic Less is, and how a bit of Kingsley's understandable grimness abated in the face of his enthusiasm. And, of course, the setting (WWW) was the perfect contrast to the dark days in which they're living. Really well done! I enjoyed this a lot. :)
