Hullo! Sorry that I'm going to slightly spam you in a moment, but I'm about to cross-post here all the stories I wrote for the "Twelfth Night Tales" event at [livejournal.com profile] rt_morelove, since I like to post everything to my own journal, too, for archiving purposes... Which means you're about to see again three stories that most of you have already seen at rt_morelove. Sorry! (Someone mentioned there's a way to do multiple posts without them all showing up in everyone's feed? Is that true? That seems like a degree of LJ technical proficiency I can only dream of achieving...)

Anyway, here come: 1) a set of Deathly Hallows-era drabbles, 2) a story from both Ted's and Andromeda's perspectives, and 3) a short reflection from Tonks' perspective.

Also, I won't post it here 'cause it doesn't belong to me alone, but [livejournal.com profile] stereolightning and I co-wrote a story again this year, and again it was really fun to do! That one can be found here: "The Pied Piper of Privet Drive, or, How the Dursleys Came to Be Short-Listed for the All-England Best Kept Suburban Lawn Competition."

SEASONS CHANGE BUT WE REMAIN

Summary: From “Flirtation” to “Babies” in the space of a year.

Characters: Remus and Tonks, with cameos by various others.

Words: 10 x 100

Notes: These are 10 drabbles (each exactly 100 words) written for 10 different prompts in the [livejournal.com profile] rt_morelove Twelfth Night Tales event. They span the year of Deathly Hallows, from Tonks and Remus’ wedding to Teddy’s birth. Each drabble ends with a key word from its respective prompt; the prompts in full can be found in the end note.

CAN'T RETURN, WE CAN ONLY LOOK

Summary: Newlyweds Tonks and Remus come to dinner. Ted and Andromeda observe them from the other side of the weight of years.

Characters: Ted, Andromeda, Tonks and Remus

Words: 1,070

Notes: Written for the [livejournal.com profile] rt_morelove Twelfth Night Tales, for prompt #4, “multiple narrators, not to include R/T.” (This story stands alone, but certainly draws on my headcanon from "A New World Bursting into Bloom" and returns to themes explored in "Already There" and "Go On, Try.") Title from "The Circle Game" by Joni Mitchell.
