Summary: Even as they grow to be friends, Tonks doubts she'll ever know much about Remus' past. But when a box of Sirius' old belongings turns up at the Auror Office and she brings it back to Grimmauld Place to delve through and laugh over with her two friends, she finds herself seeing more than she ever expected of Remus, both body and soul.

Notes: Co-written with stereolightning for the rt_morelove "Stocking Filler Exchange," for her prompt: Tonks gets a box of Sirius’ old personal effects out of storage as part of her ongoing "investigation" of this "escaped convict." She brings it to Grimmauld Place. She ends up with a little more information than she bargained for...
