Hello, here's my head-canon for this sort so of thing, but I think it's more a general feeling
Remus still has his derelict cottage in Yorkshire and Tonks most people seem to give a "ministry flat" so whether they live in either one until they stay with her parents when they find out she's pregnant. I personally believe they stay and never leave the Tonkses just because Tonks probably needs mental and phyiscal support due to the baby, due to the fact that their whole family is targeted by Bellatrix and that even when Lupin "returns" to them, it just doesn't seem to make sense for them to find somewhere else to stay if Andromeda is grieving the loss of her husband and they'd leave her on her own. That and also I believe, after their torture after Bill and Fleur's wedding I think Remus and Tonks would want to be close to them considering the family is a target. Voldermort makes it obvious in the first chapter of DH that he wants Bellatrix to concentrate on pruning the family tree...
Here are some quotes, I hope that support this theory?
“What say you, Draco?” asked Voldemort, and though his voice was quiet, it carried clearly through the catcalls and jeers. “Will you babysit the cubs?” The hilarity mounted; Draco Malfoy looked in terror at his father, who was staring down into his own lap, then caught his mother’s eye. She shook her head almost imperceptibly, then resumed her own deadpan stare at the opposite wall. “Enough,” said Voldemort, stroking the angry snake. “Enough.” And the laughter died at once. “Many of our oldest family trees become a little diseased over time,” he said as Bellatrix gazed at him, breathless and imploring. “You must prune yours, must you not, to keep it healthy? Cut away those parts that threaten the health of the rest.” “Yes, my Lord,” whispered Bellatrix, and her eyes swam with tears of gratitude again. “At the first chance!”"
- The Dark Lord Ascending
“So what kept you? What happened?” Lupin sounded almost angry at Tonks. “Bellatrix,” said Tonks. “She wants me quite as much as she wants Harry, Remus, she tried very hard to kill me. I just wish I’d got her, I owe Bellatrix. But we definitely injured Rodolphus. … Then we got to Ron’s Auntie Muriel’s and we’d missed our Portkey and she was fussing over us —” A muscle was jumping in Lupin’s jaw. He nodded, but seemed unable to say anything else.
- The Fallen Warrior
Ted Tonks looked up at the ceiling as though he could see through it to the sky above. “Well, we know our protective charms hold, then, don’t we? They shouldn’t be able to get within a hundred yards of the place in any direction.”
- The Fallen Warrior
"...They used the Cruciatus Curse on Tonks’s family. Again, trying to find out where you went after you visited them. They’re all right — shaken, obviously, but otherwise okay.” “The Death Eaters got through all those protective charms?” Harry asked, remembering how effective these had been on the night he had crashed in Tonks’s parents’ garden. “What you’ve got to realize, Harry, is that the Death Eaters have got the full might of the Ministry on their side now,” said Lupin. “They’ve got the power to perform brutal spells without fear of identification or arrest. They managed to penetrate every defensive spell we’d cast against them, and once inside, they were completely open about why they’d come.”
- The Bribe
“Oh, didn’t I tell you?” said Ron in surprise. “Bill told me Lupin’s living with Tonks again! And apparently she’s getting pretty big too. …”
