Okay, that's obscure enough (at least for non-film-conversant me) that I feel no chagrin that I hadn't heard of it! BUT reading your reactions, wow, that is fascinating! A Holmes film that expands on and condemns the less savory actions on Holmes' part, instead of brushing them away because he's the hero.
