"How the Garcia Girls Lost Their Accents" was really good! Before that I read another of her books ("Before We Were Free") but "Garcia Girls" is definitely much more complex and layered, with the interweaving of the four girls' stories and the structure moving backward through time.

Ooh, yes, please do a book post! I love to see what others are reading. :-)

ETA: Oh, and no worries, your "slow reading months" are still probably more than most people manage to read. ;-)
