How nice this was to read! It feels as if your misreading of the chart was meant to be, because I enjoyed seeing the charm of Lily through Moody's eyes, and in fact seeing them all relaxed and at ease. Plus the image of Remus wrestling with an extra large fish is rather wonderful! There's a poignancy to Moody's fears of course, and I like the line about his eye not being made for such bright light.
