I like the story. Althoug I think you can love many people in general, and LOVE someone special with a stronger love. Jack loves his team, but LOVES Ianto specially (his friend, his lover, his boyfriend... ) This love is stronger and it is completely different. In this sense Ianto is much more than the team.
