Once again, you've added in wonderful details about how the magical world works -- showing us yet another room in the Department of Mysteries, and things about how Healers work and communicate.

I like the choice you made to have Tonks be the one who talks Remus into giving in and letting Sirius go along to the Ministry. That sets up an interesting dynamic for the guilt both of them are bound to be feeling. :(
