Most of the other Klune books I've read have been a bit... zaney, in terms of protagonist voice? Very stream-of-consiousness foot-in-mouth kind of thing. Occasionally a bit cracky? Just... quite distinct, LOL. Though the other stuff of his was more definitely romantic/romance-focused.

Haha, as for other MM romance authors... a couple that come to mind are KJ Charles and Roan Parrish. Charles is excellent but writes exclusively historic/period pieces, which isn't everybody's cup of tea, but she does a really excellent job with it. Parrish writes more contemporary stuff. There are definitely more, but those are two that are pretty much always super solid for me!
